Please note I do not accept returns for bespoke or commissioned lamps as they are made to order and often customised (unless the lamp is faulty or it has been damaged in transit to you). You should inspect the lamp within 24 hours of receiving for signs of damage and send photographic evidence to me within this time. I will accept returns of reclaimed lamps if returned within 14 days of receiving, as long as the items returned meets my terms (undamaged and fully functioning).
